REDUCING INFLAMMATION

  • When you ingest poison, your body will try to get rid of it
  • First, your stomach will try to get rid of poison
    • Ex: drinking too much alcohol
  • Other forms of poison: SUGAR AND GRAIN
  • If you don’t drink, or eat til you throw up but you still ingest poison, your auto-immune system will try to catch
  • Inflammation occurs when your white blood cells try to get rid of poison
    • More water is added to cells to try to flush the bad cells
  • Your brain is trying to maintain homeostasis
  • If you have any sort of autoimmune issue, your body has to work even harder to get rid of the bad stuff
