FACEBOOK CRAZINESS

  • Facebook has been deleting the craziest posts.
  • Any post that includes the word “bacon fat” or “cow” or anything of the kind gets deleted for “bullying” because the algorithm doesn’t recognize context.
  • The mods have received notifications that the group could be deleted if this keeps happening.
    • This puts us between a rock and a hard place.
      • The mods are a lenient admin team so it’s a tough place to be.
  • Essentially, benign posts are being flagged.
  • We’re trying to keep everything good, but fingers crossed the craziness doesn’t get crazier!
    • The censure, whether intentional or not, is very aggravating. 
  • Let us know if you have any ideas. Should Vinnie start his own social media website?

THE TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS

  • Vinnie and Anna run through the song day by day.
  • You’ll have an orchard by the end of the song.
    • Make sure your district allows twelve trees and a ton of birds.
      • Who wants 42 geese?
  • The person who keeps giving all these things might be narcissistic — s/he keeps giving the other person responsibility without having to care for them.
  • At least the golden rings are nice.

NSNG Drinking and Snacking

: Episode 595 – Vinnie and Andy discuss Vinnie’s pee, blood and Vitamin B levels. Oh yeah, plus NSNG drinking and snacking.

DRINKING ALCOHOL

  • Vinnie and Andy are drinking scotch and bourbon
  • No liqueur allowed
    • ex: Bailey’s, Southern Comfort, Peppermint Schnapps, etc.
  • If you are fat adapted, having one beer or one glass of wine is okay, but you generally never  just have one beer or one glass of wine

VINNIE’S EATING TODAY

  • Vinnie had two-three eggs for breakfast
  • A small bunless burger for lunch
  • Now at around 8pm, he has had some chia seeds with marscapone and high fat yogurt in there
    • He will probably still have a small dinner later

VINNIE’S BLOOD TESTS

  • Because he had cancer, he has to get checked in every which way
  • He also gets a finger up his bottom
  • Urine tests and everything
  • Vinnie’s vitamin B12 is way off and has been since his cancer
    • this is actually what made him want to start a vitamin company
  • His triglycerides and cholesterol were great
