DRINKING ALCOHOL

  • Vinnie and Andy are drinking scotch and bourbon
  • No liqueur allowed
    • ex: Bailey’s, Southern Comfort, Peppermint Schnapps, etc.
  • If you are fat adapted, having one beer or one glass of wine is okay, but you generally never  just have one beer or one glass of wine

VINNIE’S EATING TODAY

  • Vinnie had two-three eggs for breakfast
  • A small bunless burger for lunch
  • Now at around 8pm, he has had some chia seeds with marscapone and high fat yogurt in there
    • He will probably still have a small dinner later

VINNIE’S BLOOD TESTS

  • Because he had cancer, he has to get checked in every which way
  • He also gets a finger up his bottom
  • Urine tests and everything
  • Vinnie’s vitamin B12 is way off and has been since his cancer
    • this is actually what made him want to start a vitamin company
  • His triglycerides and cholesterol were great
