- You can also use a ketone monitor. Vinnie recommends the Precision Xtra.
- .5 to 1.0 on a ketone strip is a good range indicator.
- The longer you’re fat-adapted, the better your body gets at regulating.
- Being in ketosis, however, doesn’t necessarily mean weight loss. (49:45)
- At some point calories do matter—and you will have to adjust your eating.
