Now Is The Time
- Competition for the nickname “Gran Torino.”(2:00)

- The idea is to progress, but you also need to know when to rest. Rest is part of the progress. (56:00)
- Keep track with a notepad and pencil or an app, but track your progress so you can assess.
- Start with where you’re at, and just try a little further each time. (1:03:00)
- For example, Chris’ grandfather had knee surgery, and each day, he would try to go just a little bit further.
