    • She has also changed her life in other areas that have helped, including reducing alcohol.
    • There are still ultrarunners who load up with high-carb gels, etc, and it’s not necessary. You can train your body to use fat as fuel, even for ultramarathons. (36:00)

    • He shares his health background and how he discovered Vinnie.
    • Severe sleep apnea was depriving him of proper oxygen levels, and his doctor put him on a CPAP machine. (48:00)
      • NSNG® helped him get off the CPAP machine. (51:00)
    • Darren has been thorough in doing his reading and research, and all the science luminaries validate what Vinnie has been preaching for years. (54:30)
    • Simply removing the highly processed foods makes a huge difference. (1:00:00)
