  • After a little discussion about some things including social media, Vinnie asks Meagan about her NSNG® journey. (5:00)
    • Meagan was diabetic and 300 pounds.
    • She shares how she found Vinnie.
    • She’s very happy at her current weight because she is active and healthy.
  • Meagan is very close to her goal weight, however now she is focusing on weight training and other exercise. (11:00)
  • Vinnie claims she is a female Scott King (even though she was NSNG® before Scott King). (18:00)
    • She also shares what her exercise regimen tends to be and the variety of things she does. (21:20)
    • She also now has the goal of competing in a sprint triathlon.
  • Meagan has also been participating in a 75Hard challenge; she explains what that is. (22:00)
    • It challenges you to be consistent and boosts your mindset.
    • Vinnie doesn’t mind challenges like 75Hard; however, he prefers to do personal goals differently and explains what he does. (25:00)
  • Meagan explains that she didn’t even work out until she lost her first 100 lbs. (32:00)
    • Vinnie and she discuss how, as you lose weight, many people find they have more energy and want to get moving!
    • She also suggests that getting well-established in NSNG® also helps.

    • They discuss the importance of exercise–it is the fountain of youth!
