  • Vinnie’s very active on Twitter.
  • He tries to provide free advice through this medium.
  • But often, vegans come after him.
    • He doesn’t like to block them, but they’re so crazy.
  • Unfortunately, they aren’t there for conversation, they’re just there to clog the conversation.
  • This is personal, and sometimes they go ad hominem.

LOSING MUSCLE

  • In our 30s, we stop building muscle.
  • Instead, we lose a pound or so a year if we don’t do anything.
  • But, you can keep (and grow) these muscles.
    • It doesn’t matter what age you are, your muscle fibers grow the same.
      • That said, you might need more recovery as you get older.
      • Think of Reagan — he gained a ton of muscle after the assassination attempt.
        • He needed new suits at 70 because of his muscle!
  • Work the muscles you want to keep! It’s that simple.
  • Do a little every day, over the course of the day.
  • Even getting up to move around can help with this.
  • Weight lifting has lots of benefits for many.
