PRE-ORDER BEYOND IMPOSSIBLE

  • Vinnie’s new documentary is now available for pre-order on Apple TV (iTunes).
  • This is his third documentary in just over three years.
    • He thought about distributing this movie himself, but Gravitas loved it so much that they partnered up again.
  • It will be available on January 11th.
  • Vinnie wants this to reach the people who have begun vegetarianism or veganism because they care about their health and want to be healthy, but have thus far been lied to.
    • All of this processed crap is not the healthy option, and this documentary explains why.

NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS

  • Happy New Year! This is the first Monday of the New Year — time to commit to your resolutions, no more excuses.
  • For Vinnie, resolutions are about giving up something or doing something positive for his health.
  • Vinnie’s resolution is to commit to a project.
    • He thought about building a Porsche, but now it’s looking like making a kayak.
      • He wants to be able to say “I made this.”
  • It was important for Vinnie to do something new for his resolution this year.
  • Anna loves the book called Your Best Year Yet to look for resolutions.
    • You write down your successes and triumphs as well as your failures, what went wrong, and what you learned from it from the previous year.
    • It helps you determine where your strengths and weaknesses are.
      • Then, pick three paradigms. You might be able to work on patterns.
  • Make your resolution about your health, if you see fit!

BUILDING HABITS

  • Most resolutions end in January.
  • So, make sure your goal or resolution is attainable.
  • And understanding setting the goal or resolution is not enough on its own to establish a habit.
  • You can do this — make sure you’re really mentally committing for the whole year.
