- Now, we look to 2022 for more happiness and growth.

- Vinnie has come up with one New Year’s resolution so far.
- He’s been miserable for awhile, and has tried to blame it on everything.
- But what Vinnie is missing is working for something.
- He hasn’t wanted to train for events.
- So, he’s looking into committing himself to a project.
- He wants to build a cedar strip kayak.
- Gina is going to commit more to this lifestyle in 2022.
- She’s also going to put life into living — in every area other than eating.
- This includes mindful saying yes.
