- Parents should not bring cupcakes and sugary treats to sports games
- Eat some fruit or some nuts at a sports game, it will actually make you feel better!
- If you want a crunchy snack, try almond flour pita chips
- They taste JUST like normal pita chips, but are healthier
- Cheese crisps are also awesome
- Grate some cheese, put it in the oven or microwave or cast iron skillet so it melts, then let it harden!
