  • Don’t take too many electrolytes — that isn’t good for you either
  • Vinnie and Serena both eat things that have salt in them on hikes and runs

  • Has hiked Mt. Wilson
  • Wants to hike Baldy
  • Big hiker!!
  • Hiking shoes should be half to a full size bigger due to the fact that when you go downhill, your toes will ram into the front of your shoes
  • Use moleskin on hotspots
  • Fix toenail problems immediately

THE BULLDOG

  • 4 miles straight up
  • Hike near Vinnie
  • Water won’t do it on a hot day — electrolytes are necessary
  • Andy realized he needed electrolytes on this hike
