VINNIE AND FACEBOOK GROUP
- Vinnie got in some hot water for a picture of a trainer he posted
- This is due to the fact that Vinnie took a picture because he’s mad at the gym
- Mad because the upstairs area (where Vinnie does rehab) is being used to train people who don’t know anything about fitness to be trainers
- Vinnie has a front row seat to see how they’re being trained
- These people know nothing about training which is frustrating
- Some trainers overweight, but some are obese
GYM STORIES
- Some people asked to cover up or leave gyms because they are in too good of shape
- There must be more to this
- Gyms are now about fat people, not fit people
- There should be no weight shaming, one way or the other
VINNIE’S FANS & NEWMAN SCHOOL
- One fan, who Vinnie actually trained in high school, is a super fan and thinks of Vinnie as a role model
- Vinnie allowed him to start on defense his first time on a football field
- Plyometrics episode coming in the future
- This fan went to the same school as the Manning’s, who Vinnie also worked with
- Coach Fred Rowe was sought after at Tulane
- Vinnie got hired instead
- Vinnie was being looked at by college teams, and cities alike
