ANDY’S WORKOUT
- Andy is trying to get abs so Vinnie went with Andy to help guide him on the best work outs to get abs
- Andy wasn’t doing any lower body (Vinnie thinks lower body is more important)
- Working on lower body improves circulation
- Leg presses, Lunges, Leg curls all good to help one’s lower body
- Use the smith machine — Andy doesn’t need to do free weight squats
- For lunges, one can use the wall to balance
- Look down in front of you in the mirror to help your balance
- Leg presses (12-15 reps)
- Leg curls and leg extensions aren’t important unless you are trying to get “bulgy”
ANDY’S FALL
- When Andy first starting using cleats to ride his bike, he had a fall
- He lends it to not being accustomed to cleats along with going to fast on a windy, sandy road by the beach
- Vinnie saw it happen — he fell in slow motion
- For Andy, by the time he realized he would fall, it was too late
- If you think you will slip in sand, look up and keep going
