Enjoying the Process

  • Time is a construct. Your body doesn’t know what day it is. (2:30)
  • Vinnie reviews what some of his resolutions will be. (7:45)
    • He plans to keep “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill on a loop throughout the year to help him through some things.
    • His goal to do more than 365 hours of cardio is on his list again.
    • With all the nonsense of people trying to do “hacks” (shortcuts) in their lives, the reality is the things worth doing take time. (10:45)
    • If you can learn to enjoy the process, that’s when you will succeed.
  • Vinnie opens up about some recent business issues that will also be reflected in his 2024 resolutions. (15:00)
    • Vinnie is working to correct issues that he discovered.
    • Anna understands the importance of customer service; she responds to every email herself.
    • His goal is to win back loyalty from customers who may have been disappointed.
    • Anna shares what she is learning as she runs her business as well.
  • The tradition of listening to “Same Auld Lang Syne” by Dan Fogelberg continues. (31:00)
    • The song is similar to a Hallmark movie.
    • Inspired by the song, they talk about heading to Peoria, Illinois.
