    • The amount of muscle you can lose in addition to the fat (up to 60%) can be dangerous.
    • Don’t forget your heart is a muscle, so what is happening to it?
    • You need to do weight training in general to offset muscle loss for various reasons, but especially if using these drugs.
    • At some point, you risk “paying the piper.”
