AEROBIC ACTIVITY GOALS

  • Vinnie set a goal to do an hour of aerobic activity for each day of the year.
  • Between COVID-19, a power outage, and more, Vinnie was down 9 hours by the 13th of January.
  • Now, he’s made that up and some.
  • For him, it can be rowing, riding his bike, or more.
  • Largely, Vinnie stays in Zone 2.

GINA’S ROUTINE

  • Gina does aerobic and anaerobic exercise.
    • She does weight work, uses the iso-lateral machines, and more.
    • Also try the strength bench and the incline bench.
  • Vinnie explains how many reps to do.
  • How much weight you put is what Vinnie cares least about.
  • Do more reps fewer times.
