PHIL’S NSNG STORY
- Phil is only 5’10 and when he first found the podcast & NSNG he was 290 lbs
- Phil is now at about 230 since following NSNG since 2014
- Weighed around 180-190 in high school
- NSNG has allowed Phil to stop all medications he was taking
HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT ON NSNG
- Phil has tried all different diets, found most success on NSNG
- Wants to know how to lose more weight now that he has stopped losing like he was before
- Phil will normally eat eggs or beef hotdogs for breakfast
- Chicken with onions and some veg for lunch
- For dinner he will have meat and veg
- Vinnie thinks dressing may be hurting his ability to lose more weight / hurting his health
- some people react stronger to little bits of sugar
- Phil needs to shake things up a bit
- try stopping and starting things, see what works best
- Stay away from fruit with high sugar content
- If Phil keeps sticking with it, likely more weight will come off slowly
