She has been NSNG for a little over a year and started the idea of going 100 days NSNG. Getting off the Sugar/Carb train is difficult and sometimes it is easier to go cold turkey.

FIRST 100 DAYS
- Jenn was really excited about it and was very strict
- Difficult because sugar, grains and gluten are everywhere
- Her dad has joined her on NSNG
- He has lost 30 pounds
JENN PUT TOO MUCH LIFE INTO LIVING
- Gained weight and having trouble losing it
- Back on NSNG and training for 1/2 marathon
- Can’t shake off the weight
VINNIE GOES THROUGH HER FOOD DAY WITH HER
- She was having only Bullet Proof coffee for breakfast
- Need to start day with more protein, like an egg or two
- Save protein shakes for later in the day
- Dairy and cheese can also be too calorie dense
