Just Breathe

  • Robert helps people learn how to breathe properly for performance and health. (3:00)
  • Breathing correctly can improve your nervous system, mental clarity, and even your eyesight. (8:00)

  • The longer you can stay in an aerobic state, the less lactic acid builds up. (20:00)
