ROWING FOR EXERCISE

• In his youth, David did row.
• Then, he got out of it for a bit.
• He tried to squeeze it in, but it didn’t last long for awhile.
• Vinnie rows a lot.
  • This past year, he rowed 2 million meters.
• David has gotten back into rowing too.

• David didn’t have a lot of weight to lose.

• After this, David looked more into keto.
• He is still on medication as well.
• Hearing about the Charlie Foundation and Jim Abrams made a difference for him.
• He reached out to the adult diet epilepsy center at Johns Hopkins.
  • She prescribed a very low carb, NSNG^® diet.
• This ketogenic diet has helped him greatly.
  • He has been seizure free for the past 3 years!
• Diet should be an adjunct therapy, not a last resort.
