- Zone 2 exercise can be relaxing, and it’s so very good for you.
- Hiking, walking, running, etc., can be zone 2 exercise.
- Listen to a podcast while you do it if time moves slowly for you.
- Vinnie uses this time to catch up on music and podcasts.
