EVENING STIFFNESS

• Anna has been using her stationary bike.
• She’s really been enjoying this exercise.
• In the evening, she has some upper leg and lower back stiffness.
  • It’s not lactic acid stiffness, but it’s her getting fit.
    • Do not fear, unless it is truly painful or immobile rather than just stiff.
• Anna exercises in Zone 2, and goes on walks in addition.

LEARNING TO SKI

• Vinnie really threw himself into skiing.
• He threw himself on the ground in the bunny slope.
• And then, he skied backwards. 
  • If you can do it backwards, you can do it forwards!
• Vinnie made himself comfortable with falling and being uncomfortable.
