PRE-WORKOUT BREAKFASTS

  • Vinnie doesn’t always eat breakfast before a workout.
  • Often, though, he does.
  • When he does, it’s usually centered around eggs or bacon, or cottage cheese!
  • Eat if you’re hungry––if you’re not hungry, you don’t need to eat.
  • If your workout is particularly hard, then maybe eating a little something makes sense.
    • You *don’t* need carbs before your workout.

PROPERLY USING FAT

  • Don’t be afraid of fat on NSNG®.
  • If you don’t like certain foods, make sure you’re getting enough fat in your foods.
    • Spices and herbs certainly help, too.
      • Cook your mushrooms with some fatty food, cook your brussel sprouts in some duck fat.
