BRYSON’S STORY
- Bryson is a Virginia guy, recording from Silicon Valley
- Graphic designer – artsy and athletic

- Went to Dartmouth and ran varsity track and cross country there for four years
- An incredible athlete!
- 30:39 for his 10k
- Sub 15 minutes for his 5k
- He ate a lot in college, but was always fit and thin
- Right after college, he felt like he blew up
- Ate the same way, but the weight just packed right on
- Vinnie put on a layer of fat after playing college ball, too!
- Coming up on 30, he was 214 lbs
- Lost the weight doing calorie in calorie out
- He kept it off for awhile but it never felt healthy
- Ended up getting back to 220 lbs
LOSING LBS
- In 2014, he wanted to lose those pounds when he got up to 220 lbs
- Started back with calorie in calorie out
- Found Vinnie via the Carolla effect
- Started June 14th 2016
- Is now down to 185ish
- 6’1″
- Was running a lot and had a stress fracture, but he is staying down without running a step
- He can keep the weight off with a busy schedule and two young kids with no exercise!
- Wants to get down to 175 lbs
- He is currently plateauing
- Eggs are always the best bet for breakfast
- Get the good eggs- worth the extra few cents per egg
- 2-3 eggs are sufficient
- Snacks on cucumber and almonds
- Hits gym in the evening
- May have some sugar sneaking into his meat heavy dinner
- Cutting this out may help his plateau
- He indulges in ice cream sundaes with his kids
- Ends up eating a pint of ice cream on Friday night
- It turns into the whole weekend
- If he cuts this out cold turkey, he will likely find more success
