AVOIDING THE CANDY MAN

CARRYING CORONAVIRUS

  • You can carry Coronavirus with no symptoms.
  • This is more serious than the flu because it spreads faster and we have no immunity to it.
  • Trying to stay home as much as possible is a good idea. It may be a bummer, but it can save lives.
    • Have a virtual cocktail hour with your friends, don’t go to bars.
  • Many gyms and the like are closing.
    • The good news is, you can still go outside and run or hike! Just try to keep a safe distance from people.
  • You can protect yourself from this.
    • Wash your hands, avoid physical contact with others or with community services.
    • DO NOT use Ibuprofen if you think you have the Corona Virus (COVID-19)
    • You can also try to help your immune system with supplements and zinc.
      • However, supplements can’t “ward off” or prevent totally any virus.
  • Listen to the CDC on this one––there is so much noise out there, that they are the most direct source of info.
