- The only bar that Vinnie really endorses is EPIC Bars
- Kind Bars are basically deconstructed Snickers bars
- 19-23 grams of sugar in a Kind Bar
- 3/5 top ingredients are sugar
- Not awful in an emergency situation, but try to avoid if possible
- “Diet” products are also awful for you because they are straight chemicals which compensates for the lack of calories (maybe even makes it worse)
- Your body still registers this as sugar
