• Gina has been off from the Carolla Show for a few days.
• She took the past four days or so to truly rest.
• She slept well, she went for walks, she didn’t look at the news.
  • Make sure you take care of yourself during this difficult time!

BEING KIND TO EACH OTHER

• In the New Year, focus on being kind.
• 2020 was a terrible year.
  • Let’s put it behind us.
• Treating each other with respect and kindness if the best way to do this.

FITNESS RESOLUTIONS

• Andy, Gina’s fiancé, has made a New Years fitness resolution!
  • Andy is very fit and has been very committed to NSNG^®.
    • He’s about a year in and has great willpower, despite previously having a terrible diet.
• Many of us have.
• Vinnie says start slow and then slow down a bit to reach your goals.
  • If you start off too much too fast, you’re more likely to not keep it up.
• Andy wants to add ~20 lbs of muscle in one year.
  • Putting on 15-20 for him is doable! 25 is a bit much.
    • Everybody is different. 
• Get cheap equipment you need on Facebook Marketplace or something similar.
• Schedule a consult with Vinnie to talk over your particular fitness goals.
