  • Vinnie just had a consultation with a caller who told him why she decided to try Vinnie’s advice. (3:00)
    • Many people are surprised by how much better they feel once the inflammation has subsided. For example, following NSNG® can often help alleviate heartburn, and foods like tomatoes can be reintroduced. (5:00)
  • Anna is cooking up some chicken today and marinating it. (10:00)
    • Acid (like lemon juice), olive oil, and seasoning are all you need for a marinade.
    • Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes; however, several hours is best to get the flavors to infuse.
  • Internal temperature of the chicken should be (near the bone) between 165-180 degrees F when finished.
  • Oven temperature for cooking chicken should be 350-400 degrees F.
  • Pork rinds can be used as a coating or “breading” for the chicken.
  • Next, Anna whips up some cheesy broccoli. (41:00)
