Wasting Junk Food

  • Vinnie often has to address people’s guilt about “wasting” junk food. (3:00)
    • He offers up a different way to look at getting rid of it.
    • Either your health is a priority or it’s not.
    • He made a recent Instagram post about this very topic.
  • They discuss things like “shelf-stable” puddings. (7:30)
  • Vinnie shares he came to create Ultra Fat.
  • They discuss some candies and frozen yogurt and sugar addiction. (15:00)
    • Vinnie recommends a blind taste with frozen yogurt to see if there is much difference in the flavors.
    • This leads to soft drink comparisons.
  • Gina mentions how the same information coming from a different source is often received better. (23:00)
  • A person in Gina’s family is familiar with Vinnie and sees Gina’s success.
    • However, they didn’t change their habits until they heard “only eat meat and veggies” from a weight loss center.
    • This can be frustrating, but people only use correct information when they truly want to hear it.
      • They have to want the change.
