GINA’S WEDDING
- Vinnie attended Gina’s wedding a week or two ago.
- The wedding was beautiful.
- Gina wrote vows for Andy’s (her husband’s) son.
- They took a mini honeymoon to Idyllwild, CA.
FOOD HANGOVERS
- During her honeymoon, Gina didn’t eat particularly well.
- She decided to ‘reward’ herself with food.
- This is not the right way to think about it.
- She didn’t feel great after doing this.
- Over this time, she realized she simply couldn’t eat as much as she used to.
- The next day, Gina was nauseous and depressed (not from shame).
- It was like a hangover.
