ONLY CHILDREN

• Anna is an only child. So is Tallulah!
• Childhood as an only child is a weird thing.
• She had to play games by herself, which was a little odd.
• But she also gained a certain independence that served her well.
• She learned to cook because she was on her own so much of the time.
• Anna then attended boarding school.

• For Anna’s autoimmune disorders, she knew she had to cut out dairy.
• She’s known since 2014, but she never really committed.
• Dairy incites the auto immune response in her system.
• In January, she went fully dairy free.
• This is good, because she’s getting over her over-reliance on dairy.
  • When she went NSNG^®, she really leaned on dairy.
• Cutting out dairy is also a great thing to try when you are plateauing.
• Her newer cookbook has more dairy free recipes!

SEED OILS

• Seed oils are very bad for you.
• They are super processed.
• Try to avoid them!
• Seeds, however, are okay.
• Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, etc. make a good snack — but eat them in moderation.
• If you use something like sesame oil, only use a few drops.

VEGAN DOCTORS

• Vinnie tried to find a vegan doctor to record for the upcoming movie.
• However, most weren’t ready to cut through the BS.
• Unfortunately, then, he doesn’t have anyone during this film, even though he knows some sane vegan doctors are out there.
