NSNG® CAN BE EASY

  • Bill found Vinnie through Adam Carolla.
  • NSNG® has been the easiest thing he’s ever done.
    • He’s down around 70 to 75 lbs.
    • Reading the PDF started him down the right track.
  • Bill had some seizures out of the blue, broke his shoulder, gained some weight, and realized he should try something new.
    • He hasn’t had any more seizures since going keto.
  • He’s 6’1″ and last time he checked, he was 175 lbs.
    • He started at 240 lbs.
  • Now, he’s training for races.
    • He’s done lots of 5ks and now he has a half coming up.
  • Bill sees lots of people overthinking things.
    • If it doesn’t have sugar/lots of carbs or grains, then it’s ok.
      • Keep it simple.
    • Bill still has his fun with his scotch once or twice a week.
      • But eating this way can be faster and more convenient.
