CONTROLLING EPILEPSY WITH DIET
- Their son was diagnosed with epilepsy.
- It got worse over the years.
- They realized diet could make a difference.
- Within a couple of weeks, they decreased from 150 a day to 40; after two months they were down to around 10 a day.
- The entire family realized it would be better if they all made this dietary change together.
- Eating high fat foods is certainly quite a better solution that cutting out part of a child’s brain.
- The doctor mentioned to Andy’s family the diet change and brain surgery at the same time.
- Diet should be the place doctors start, and right away.
- When they changed their diet, they felt that they all came out of a haze.
- His wife’s headaches stopped, too.
- Andy went from about 94 kilos to 80 kilos now. (200 lbs to 176 lbs)
- His arthritis has improved incredibly.
- Andy’s wife has lost around 40 lbs without exercising.
