UNHEALTHY MCDONALDS
- You CANNOT eat healthy at McDonalds
- Some options are healthier, but not healthy
- Their meat is all coated in sugar and grains
- Salad dressing covered in sugar

EATING FOR TRAVEL
- Definitely bring nuts
- Time it out with fasting if you are an intermittent fasting
- Try to avoid airport food if possible
