    • Are they worth it? Do they do anything?
    • It might make you get into dietary ketosis faster, but what is the point of this?
      • Not necessary for most to get in it quickly, or to be in it at all
  • Can these help athletes not eat while on long runs, etc.?  Lori gets hungry personally
    • She needs to eat fat before she gets out there
      • Instead of a protein and veggie shake with MCT, try a few eggs and some bacon
        • Will help you through longer workouts without eating extra
