  • He has a PhD  in geology

SIMON’S WORK

  • Has done exercise physiology trials before
  • Has looked at the heart over a course of the week and where someone spends most of their time
  • He went looking for pilot Steve Fossett
    • Steve pursued endurance feats including aviation (first solo balloon trip around the world)
      • Simon looked a different way to find Steve
        • Closest search team and probably would have ended up 5 or so miles from his resting place, but time ran out
          • Figured out through routine, as most athletes follow a routine
  • Currently looking at spread and proliferation of colds
    • Looking for next big pandemic because that will affect us more than anything
      • Shouldn’t be this way because of the food we have
