ZONE 2 BREAKDOWN

  • Vinnie and Gina open the show by talking a little bit about “Diamond in the Back”. (2:00)
    • They also chat a bit about an area in Los Angeles called Ahmanson Ranch.
    • Vinnie used to have to go to that area a lot and it also has good hiking trails.
  • Speaking of Walking, Gina has a question regarding an Instagram post she saw from another fitness creator. (11:00)
    • She explains what the content creator called 12/4/30 LISS (low incline steady state).
    • Vinnie says the creator is almost right, but then shares information about why Zone 2 is better.
  • Vinnie then gives you something you can use: a Zone 2 breakdown and how to get started on the treadmill. (15:30)
