Skewing the Numbers
- Dr. Harcome addresses health and wellness claims and debunks them when necessary. (3:00)
- One of the more recent articles was centered around red meat causing T2 diabetes.
- Another article claims intermittent fasting will cause cardiac death. (4:15)

- This means that the entire study only used 1.5% of the information gathered.
