OPTIMIZING YOUR HEALTH
- Vinnie and Anna start the show to discuss avoiding the phone and screen time and compare notes. (4:00)
- Vinnie mentions a recent Instagram post where he talks about what three foods to avoid, and the response he received in the comments.

- Also, remember alcohol is a poison and a sugar and your body will want to process that first; if you drink regularly and aren’t really losing weight, the problem could be alcohol.
- Your body will always process the alcohol first and it will never get to burning your fat.
- Be aware of how much you may be drinking–remember, you are NSNG to become healthy. (54:00)
- They also discuss the risk and the varying ways that people use alcohol as a crutch.
- Self-awareness is necessary, and you have permission to NOT drink alcohol as well!
