• Richard found Vinnie through his love of coffee.
• Once he began listening to the podcast, it took him two years to actually begin NSNG^®.

    • During puberty, he had man-boobs, and he used food to cope.
      • As he gained weight, he felt he could hide behind his weight.
• September 2020, he went all in.

  • For Richard, this became something like that.
• He listened to many audiobooks and really started to understand the science behind it.
