INTENSE ULTRAMARATHONS

• Serena runs ultras.
• She just did her first in Virginia.
• This was a 30 mile race with 7500 feet of elevation.
  • However, it runs like a 50 miler because it is so difficult.
• Check it out: it’s called  JARMANS INVITATIONAL MARATHON  
• Many quit–even the most fit–but Serena finished all five laps.
• Serena is training for additional races.
• Luckily, the conditions likely won’t be as brutal as they were when she ran Jarmans.
  • It was hot as hell, and there was an incredibly intense thunderstorm.

LAS VEGAS KETO EXPO

• We will be there.
