• For years, Ashley’s mother in law told her to cut out grains after she read wheat belly.

• Then, she heard Vinnie on the Saturday show.

  • When she got over this, it was freeing and it helped her take the next step with her health.

      • Each time you teach, you learn what else you might need to teach.
• Be patient with new folks –– unlearning the health lies you’ve been told and beginning to learn how to eat healthily can be difficult, especially when people are looking for substitutes.
• Ashley has lost lots of weight.
  • She looks younger, she feels better, and she’s never going back.
