SOLVING METABOLIC DISEASES
- So many diseases are related to diet.
- Many are simply metabolic issues from poor lifestyles.
- Drugs advertised on TV are for profit, not for fixing.
- People need to realize they have the power to control their health.
- With a change in lifestyle and diet, and maybe some fasting, you CAN help yourself more than many of these drugs can.
- In many places, social norms influence these diseases.
- For example, part of the reason Americans are so affected by these diseases is because they snack like no other.
- Even in Canada, snacking is not so much a thing.
- Snacking is not good for you!
- When you’re fat adapted, you don’t feel the need to snack.
- For example, part of the reason Americans are so affected by these diseases is because they snack like no other.
INTERMITTENT FASTING
- You can’t store and burn fat at the same time.
- Eating for part of the day, and not eating for part of the day allows your body to do both.
- Sometimes you should eat, but for 18 or so hours a day, you should not.
- If you are overweight, let your body use your sugar. Fast for a big part of the day.
- This is a completely natural process.
- Technically, coffee and tea breaks a fast. However, you can still reap the benefits of a fast and drink coffee or tea in the morning.
