NO LIFE INTO LIVING

  • Andy has been strict NSNG® for 280 days.
  • He’s not putting any life into living.
  • He hasn’t had a beer, any cake, or anything.
    • For his birthday, he had a cheese cake. Not a cheesecake, a cheese cake.
  • It’s tough with a young kid.
    • His kid still eats cereal and treats, but Andy refrains.
  • This started with him training for a marathon.
    • He had a serious addiction to junk food.

        • Now, he’s 280 days in.

    • Hopefully, he’ll hit 10 by March 2021 latest.
