FITNESS MIDDLE CLASS

  • This has nothing to do with finance.
  • It has to do with the many people out there who are not super fit or super fat, but need to lose some weight and get metabolically healthier.
  • Vinnie just wants to help.
  • He will keep working at this goal.
    • This is why Vinnie’s always onto the next thing.
      • He’ll keep launching products to help, or documentaries to educate.

GETTING BACK INTO EXERCISE

  • When Serena moved to VA, she stopped running for a bit.
  • She found that her aerobic and anaerobic fitness went away.
  • Her general strength suffered when she stopped.
    • Balance was worse, general muscle strength was worse.
  • It’s a use it or lose it proposition.
    • There’s not a ton of residual value.
  • Get back into it slowly!
    • This is how you get back to where you were, or go even farther.
  • Protein only helps if we work our muscles hard, too.
