DIET SCAMS

• Bryant is from PA.
• In his 40s, he had sleep apnea and was pre-diabetic. Once he saw some friends have heart attacks, he realized something needed to change.
• He started with the Beach Body DIet.
  • He had to buy all types of crap.
  • It’s a multilevel diet scam.
    • You can become a COACH and they make money off of you.
• At the same time, he became raw vegan.
  • After 6 months, it started to feel bad.
    • He was ALWAYS hungry.
    • Bryant did lose some weight, though. He wanted muscle.
• On this diet, after he lost some weight, he added grains back in and upped protein shakes to try and get muscle.
  • All his calories were synthetic – coming from junk.
• Bryant had no energy doing this. He’d have to take pre-workout just to have any energy.

TRANSITIONING TO NSNG^®

• Eventually, he heard about the WILD Diet and Abel James.
  • He thought there was no way it could work, but saw it working for others.
  • Bryant starts it, eating more fat than he otherwise would, and he’s feeling better and losing weight.
    • Additionally, he could build muscle!
• In 2013, he heard the Fat Burning Man, and found Vinnie that way!
• At the time, he was just north of 200 lbs.
  • He still had some weight to lose.
    • He refined down to 185, and was muscular.
• Bryant is in his 50s and looks AMAZING!
