CANCER FUELED BY OBESITY

  • Young people are getting cancers connected to obesity
  • Doctors seeing people in their 20s getting cancers that formerly were only for people in their 70s
  • Vinnie will NEVER fat shame (nor should anyone)
  • However, people should strive to be a healthy weight
    • People may be uncomfortable in airplanes if someone who is too large for the seat sitting next to them
      • People should be polite, but at a point, it isn’t thin privilege
      • We should not attack the people who do not struggle with their weight
  • We are going to break under the weight of our own weight
  • The problem with people getting fatter is they are also getting sicker
  • Let’s not fat shame kids who are fat, but encourage them to play sports, to get exercise, and to eat healthy foods
