NEW JERSEY

  • Both Vinnie and Kristin have some bad feelings toward Connecticut
    • Too crowded, some rudeness
  • PLUS, Chris Christie is the governor… and that says something
  • Vinnie was in the airport and even the coffee was awful
    • Mafia-run

HOW NECESSARY ARE SUPPLEMENTS REALLY?

  • Kristin takes magnesium, and a probiotic, and omega-3
    • Is this enough? Is this a waste of money?
  • PVC was created so people didn’t waste money and got the supplements they needed
  • Some supplements with bad stuff ARE a waste of money, but without the sand and silica and such, they are not a waste
  • We can’t get all of our nutrients from food so supplements really are important
    • Between preservation, diet, and how things are grown, no diet is perfect
  • There is an argument really for any supplements — depends what each individual really needs
    • Just like how not everyone needs 8 glasses of water a day
      • Some people need 4, and some need 12!
