- When Lonnie eats high glycemic foods or fruits such as bananas, cantaloupe or watermelon, his blood sugar shoot up over 180 and stays that way for a while. What should he be eating?
- Veggies should be your mainstay. Fruit is okay if it is low glycemic but stay away from fruits and foods that give you a blood sugar spike
